At Ronnies Kitchen we pride ourselves on food we produce. You will love any combination of dishes you get to choose from the menu below. With the 2 course menu simply choose either 2 entrees and 2 main meals or you may like some of our tasty desserts. It is up to you. Have entree's or dessert with your main meal. The 3 course menu, you choose 2 dishes from each course and leave the rest to us.

With both options you will get all crockery, cutlery, glass wear and table clothes. We can org anise for you the hire of any extra equipment. You will have the services of 1 chef and 2 waiters for a 4 hour period. For larger functions additional staff can be organized prior to the event. Both menu,s require 40 people or more.

Entrees

Smoked Salmon Salad consisting of rocket, bocconcini, avocado and finished

with pesto.

Roast Pumpkin And Caramelized Onion Tart roasted in a beautiful short crust pastry and drizzled with a sweet balsamic dressing.

Salmon Fish Cakes made with Atlantic salmon, kifler potatoes, capers and coriander. perfect

with the home made Aoli.

Thai BeefSalad  of fresh Asian salad herbs and vegetables topped with grilled rib eye  and a wonderful Thai dressing .

Verdura Calda Salad  a warm salad consisting of grilled eggplant, zucchini, capsicum and mushrooms all marinated with Italian herbs. Tossed through rocket and grilled holumi cheese.

Stir Fried King Prawns infused in a lime and chili dressing. Served on pilaf rice.

  

  

Main Meals  

Steamed Salmon Fillet topped witha freshly cut cucumber, coriander and chili salsa. Served a lime pilaf rice.

Ozzo Bucco is a traditional Italian beef dish, slow cooked to enhance flavors and to make tender. Accompanied with potato bake and glazed carrots.

Pan Fried Duck Breast cooked in Chinese five spices, served on a salad of rocket, cubed potatoes, green beans and roasted cashews with a beautiful raspberry vinaigrette .

Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks cooked slowly for 8 hours and served with potato mash, green peas and a red wine jus.

Chicken Ratatouille breast meat cooked in the flavors of the Mediterranean and served on a cinnamon risotto.

Char-grilled Sirloin Steak  served with smashed potatoes and thyme, sauteed mushrooms, broccolini and a porcini mushroom jus.

  

Desserts

Pavlova served with Creme Chantilly and a passion fruit and raspberry coulis.

Home Made Chocolate Mousse topped with a fresh strawberry and crispy wafer.

French Apple Tart with crispy sweet pastry and fresh apples and a creme anglaise.

Mango and Peach Cheesecake A cold set cheesecake full of summer flavors.

Black Forest Cake has layers of moist chocolate sponge, fresh cream and light chocolate

mousse.

Poached Pears in a sweet red wine and placed on fresh custard.
